Day 1

All roads lead to the Great Gold Coast of Africa for The Golden Return! Home to secluded white sand beaches, stunning tropical nature preserves, a powerful colonial past, Fufu and last but not least, the place to be in 2019 - welcome to Ghana!

Day 2
To ease ourselves into an experience of a lifetime, after breakfast, we’ll keep the relaxed morning vibes going. We’ll get the rounders and giant size games out for a cheeky sports day in the villa...by now, we’ll all be best of friends! Next up, Bojo Beach Resort (our local) for sunset and vibes, then we’ll end the night shaking a few legs!

Day 3
We’ve heard Afro-Chella usually falls on this day, so get ready! During the day, we’ll get to know Accra and its rich history with our local partners. We’ll hit up some of West Africa’s most visited spots such as the Black Star Gate, Kwame Nkrumah Monument and of course, secret local gems hand-picked for you by our local partners.

Day 4
It’s all things Mother Nature in Mama Africa today! After breakfast we’ll begin our road trip in our private transfer to Aburi and Akosombo. The serene Botonical Gardens, Coneoing in Lake Volta, and quad biking in the Aburi forests, it’s that kind of day! We’ll head back to Accra in time to get fresh and hit the clubs!

Day 5
After a day on the road yesterday, it’s everything chill, beach and sun today! Feel free to hit one of the many beaches in Accra, head next door to Bojo Beach, chill at the villa or explore some more of Accra - don’t worry, we’ll send a bunch of ‘to-do’s’ for your free day!

Day 6
Energy energy today!! Our awesome breakfast chef will keep your energy levels in check for our Great Golden Adventure. We’ll head west in our private transfer for an immersive exploration to Cape Coast Castle and Elmina castle, home to the dark yet strengthening experience for many. Next, we’ll hit the beautiful Kakum National Park for an adventure in the jungle before heading back to Accra to hit the New Year, Ghana style!

Day 7
Starting 2020 with a bang!! Our villa will be converted over breakfast into a something special for our New Year’s day BBQ! They’ll be kelewele (peppered plantains), chichinga (spices grilled meats) and Gold Coast inspired fruit punches flowing! As sunset falls on our villa we’ll continue our celebrations with a ‘Kente Royalty’ Themed party!

Day 8
It’s all for the Culture today! After breakfast we’ll meet our local guru/chef for a market tour to pick up fresh ingredients, spices and local faves. That’s right! We’ll be cooking authentic Ghanaian delicacies from scratch. This is your time to shine as there’ll be a prize for the best dish!

Day 9
Giving back means everything to the Wind Collective Community and today we’ll partner with our friends Vitae London for a local charitable day impacting our local community in Ghana. It’s also Friday and our last full day in Ghana, so we’ll end the day with a farewell dinner and final ‘shake a leg’!

Day 10
All GOOD things must come to an end. We’ll arrange your private transfer to drop you to the airport in Accra. It’s been absolutely REAL and amazing Ghana! Don’t forget about us because we won't forget about you Ghana crew!

Deposit
  • £100 deposit and then;
  • Equal monthly payments until 1 month prior to departure

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates.
  • All accommodation included. Booking is based on shared Villa occupancy.
  • Due to the variety of individuals from all over the world who attend the experiences we are unable to include flights, however, we can advise you on the best and least expensive options.
